Project Manager and Wizard for large bank tech integrations

In October 2017, our platform was integrated into Swedbank, resulting in 4.3 million customers getting easy access directly to our subscription management service. In order to continue our expansion and prioritize customer experience, we need to expand our family with a passionate Project Manager. What will you be doing?

You will be working with our customers - major retail banks. As a project manager you will be making sure our softwareintegration projects are successful and on time. A true problem-solver, you have no problems being the spider-in-the-web and making sure thatno task is blocked. When needed, you get on that plane and make sure whatever is stuck can be unstuck. You are as comfortable in pre-sales meetings, as you are in tough planning sessions to deliver on a tricky deadline.

You will be caring for, and leading,a small, but skilled, cross-functionalteam that will help you realize every project to its fullest. This means being trusted with nurturing and enabling the team's performance in order to deliver on time, as well as making sure nothing is ever standing still.

As a Project Manager for bank integrations, you will also have a central role with our customers, and your ability to communicate and drive forwardis key. You'll be involved (but not driving) in sales and form a strong bond with our customers - a requirement for a successful integration and delivery.

- Quality management - define and manage a successful delivery
- Risk management - evaluate and mitigate risks strategically, while running fast
- Relationship management - care for a group of diverse people both externally and internally
