Job Description
Snow's Research & Innovation team is looking for a UX/UI designer to join their team. At Snow R&I, you will work alongside other UX/UI designers and researchers to support our product teams and run experiments for new initiatives. You will leverage your creativity to design solutions that shape how our customers handle their software and hardware assets by participating in projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Research and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Conduct workshops as part of the product discovery process
• Translate concepts into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Continuously validate and iterate on your ideas throughout a project from a usability perspective
• Create visual designs aligning with our brand guidelines and design principles
• Partner with cross-functional product teams to define and implement solutions that improve the customer
• Take ownership for all phases of the UX and UI work

Qualifications
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking

It's also nice if you have

• Two or more years of UX/UI design experience
• Are familiar using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq or InVision
• A portfolio showcasing your design capabilities (bonus points if your UX design process is also included)
• Experience working with HTML/CSS
