Embedded Competence Manager for Cybercom's Embedded Team

We call it Competence Team Lead (CTL) - we are organized withfocus on competence; your team willconsist ofpeers within your own competence area, where you will get the opportunity to share and build new competencies.

Your leadership role requires you to:

Motivate and inspire your coworkers.

In combination with leading your team you will also develop yourself within embedded systems by actively workingwithinone of our focus areas.

You need to have?several years of experience from working with:??

C/C++ in embedded software development.?
Embedded Linux.
Realtime Systems.?
GIT and Scrum.?

Ideally,you also have worked with embedded software architecture, design,and verification.?Python, Shell Scripting, XML,?Autosar,?Qt,?and test automation are other skills we would be happy to seeon your resume.?Weexpect thatyouarea person with excellent communication skillsandyou have a big interest in supporting and coaching other people in their development. You are passionate about team work, you like to share your knowledgeand dare to try new, innovative solutions.Tobe a successfulleader,you alsohave tobeegoless, encourage discussionsand be able to handle feedback in a good way.
