Group IT is the central IT-competence centre of Papyrus with responsibility for development and operations of common IT-systems and IT-services. This includes provision of services using Oracle ATG Web Commerce as an integrated part of the common application platform based on SAP ERP. Group IT employs some 50 people located in Gothenburg, Sweden and Ettlingen, Germany.
E-Business Support, Papyrus, Mölndal
We are looking to increase our E-business team with a highly motivated and structured person to work as 2nd line support. The team is responsible for supporting Papyrus’ long and successful tradition in e-sales. The 24-hour web shop is used in 13 European countries and represents a significant part of net sales. Papyrus continues, as a market leader, with a clear objective to increase e-sales.
The position is a permanent full-time position located in Mölndal.

You will be a part of our E-business team. You will use your set of skills to support and test our existing e-commerce platform. You are passionate about supporting users in an international environment. You like the challenge of being the face to the customer and work as the liaison between the local sales organisations and the team.
You will work closely with the key users in the different countries and strive to solve problems and support in realising and managing changes. You act as a proactive interface to the business organisation and are responsible for support, testing, training and communication. You utilise your skills and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.
• Academic education, preferably within IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience of support
• Solid experience from testing, including execution, management and methodologies
• Excellent documentation skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience in e-commerce, such as Oracle ATG Web Commerce is meritorious
• Experience in SAP ERP is an advantage
