We are now looking for two developers within test automation on behalf of an expanding product company in central Gothenburg.
The company is an international organization that work in the field of IT-safety. The R&D team in Gothenburg consists of 25 committed individuals from diverse nationalities and the organization employs 100 people world-wide. If you have passion, knowledge and innovation you have the opportunity to be one of them.
This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a new and high profile project right from the start.
:: Responsibilities and tasks ::
Contribute with software development skills to the test team.
Implement test cases and test tools used in all test phases, from nightly tests in our continuous integration system to our release test.
Analyzing test results together with the rest of the R&D team.
:: Your profile ::
You are a software developer and a doer who are eager to work with tests.
You are a proactive and motivated team player.
You are happy to mentor your colleagues in the test team when it comes to software development.
Sc. Engineering or equal education.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
:: You have practical experience from the following ::
4 years of implementation using Python.
4 years from software testing on a system and sub-system level, using structured methods and tool.
4 years from performance, stability, robustness, and security test of networking products; Routers, Firewalls, certificates, SSL, SSH...
Experience from Robot Framework, TestRail, TeamCity, YouTrack, and GitHub is a plus.
Experience in Java, PHP and Scala is good to have.
