Job description

You will be a part of transfroming the retail market with Big data and advanced analytics. ICA now hires data engineering experts, developers, to the new center of expertise to challenge and develop solutions for our future business. This team will be a key player in transforming ICA into a truly analytics-driven leader in meeting the customer on the customers terms within retail, banking, insurance and pharmacy.   

Today the internal team is being established, Now there is opportunity to come aboard and make impact, on ways of working and team spirit.

Ways of working today:

You will work close to our data scientists, analysts and platform team. We love delivering value in close collaboration with the business and we will together build data pipelines, APIs, transformations and other solutions for our analytics solution and help drive the boundaries of analytics at ICA.

As a team all of us help transform business needs to solutions and take responsibility to ensure that the solution is developed, tested, deployed and run in an optimal manner. We set design patterns, development principles and other best practices, these will then be further used to guide and govern our other development teams in the area. You will be a part of our center of excellence and help spread knowledge and possibilities to our other teams.

We all are teamoriented. Still all of us are self-leaders, needs to bee independant, managing and driving your own workday.

We need others also excellent skilled in Hadoop and Spark, developing in java, scala.
