Data driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing is a long-term strategic focus area for business area Private and Commercial at If Insurance. We seek a widely skilled tag management developer to help us implement, maintain and utilize marketing technology solutions for digital marketing use cases working in a Nordic role. As new cloud based digital marketing solutions are being continuously utilized, we need to ensure integrity in data capture from web touchpoints to enable us to understand our customer’s behavior in a meaningful way. You will have a key role in enabling our agile marketing teams to work with good customer insight.

Responsibilities
•Work closely with both marketers and web developers planning and implementing web data collection for digital marketing solutions like Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Adform, Hubspot and Celebrus.
•Acting as a solution owner and super user for tag management solutions like GTM or DTM.
•Translating business and marketing insight needs into concrete measurement specifications.
•Hands on support and development of data collection scripts across platforms and channels.
•Deployment of data collection and web site optimization scripts via tag management tools.
•Keeping documentation on web data collection alive and meeting GDPR requirements.
•Supporting the digital marketing organization with web data collection and tag management requirements across the Nordics.

Desired Skills and Experience
•Superb skills in JavaScript and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
•General knowledge of web and mobile development frameworks and languages.
•Previous experience working with tag management solutions like GTM, DTM, Tealium, Ensighten or similar is preferred.
•Previous experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends etc. is preferred
•Wide understading of digital marketing concepts and keen attention to detail.
•Outstanding team player, analytical mindset and problem solver.
•University degree in relevant technical area or similar education.
•Fluent in oral and written English.

The Tag management developer will report to the Development Manager for CRM and Marketing Solutions. You will be based in Stockholm (Sweden), Helsinki or Turku (Finland).
