Job description
You will be one of our Java developers with the privilege to be part of this innovative team and be developing exciting products.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- You will be part of an agile team in our IT department and work according to our agile processes and SDLC.
- Participate in design, development, code review, and QA activities in the development process of Java server-side applications
- Participate in estimation and planning of product releases and backlog items
- Participate in clarification of requirement specifications
- Update and maintain relevant development documentation such as system documentation, functional and technical handbooks and interface descriptions
- Participate in establishing and maintaining development tools and processes as described in the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate across teams in IT and the business as required to remove impediments and deliver on time for all Sprints.
- Carry out 3rd line support such as issue handling and clarification
- Solve incidents by root cause analysis, clarification and investigation in both the development system, test and production environment
