We want to hire a Domain Architect to IT Development

Our IT development organization consists of approx. 200 people and you will be part of the architecture team which is 10 people working tightly together with stand-ups and working meetings, but at the same time distributed in the IT organization to support the development teams.

We are looking for an architect that will primarily be working with our service channels, online, store and customer service. We offer you the choice of working in an agile environment where we continuously strive to being awesome at what we do. As architects, we are very much involved in the daily work, and we believe in helping our business and our developers to build the right solutions for our company. We offer you a place where architects help to find solutions, instead of reviewing finished solutions.

At Tre, we strive to build common solutions for multiple channels, thus enabling an OMNI channel experience for the customers.

This is what you will do

At Tre, we never stand still, and you will get to drive change and make a difference! You will get the opportunity to work both in close collaboration with our business, to help them with their ideas and to make them see needed initiatives at an early stage, and very closely with business analysts and developers to guide them in their work. To deliver value as an architect you must be able to make the architecture become reality.

This is what you need to succeed

To be able to succeed as an architect in the Service domain, you need to be curious about how you can make an excellent experience for our customers, and what it requires from the architecture.

We believe you have worked as architect for a few years and have developed the skills to see beyond individual systems and to understand how to build solutions across many systems in a highly integrated environment. You see the big picture, but can also deep dive into details. You enjoy communicating and proactively seek meetings within the development organization as well as the business.

Experience from working with CRM, serving customers in internal and online channels is a plus. We believe that integration is key to be able to solve complex matters and to expose API:s to build front-end solutions. Telecom, familiarity with Salesforce and knowledge of Domain Driven Design is meriting. We have a mix of standard systems and tailored made systems to meet our customers needs, mostly built in Java.

Preferably you have worked with architecture and writing roadmaps in an enterprise environment. If you like working closely together with others and if you are a good communicator, both in writing and in speaking, then Tre is the right place for you.
