UX Designer

This position is situated in Stockholm, Gothenburg or remote.

As a UX designer at Iteam you build digital solutions that create real value for our clients. Solutions that make a difference for the client, the users and society. You use different research methods to uncover the client’s and users’ needs and context. You also design and test for the functionality and usability of the product.

You teach others at the company about user experience design. You understand that in order to create usable solutions, the work process and culture should also be user-centric. We believe that UX is not just a phase or an afterthought. UX should be an integral part of the entire project. Always.

Your skill set:

-Qualitative research methods (e.g. usability testing, observation, interviews and workshops).
-Communicating insights using the appropriate tools (e.g. reports, user journey maps, prototypes or hand drawn sketches).
-Interaction design.
-Ensuring that the user perspective is represented in the project, help colleagues and clients understand the user point of view.
-Working in an agile way.
-Working in cross-functional teams, and understanding how to work with other disciplines.
-Proficient in English (so you can communicate with other team members).
-Proficient in Swedish (so you can conduct usability tests in contexts where the primary user language is Swedish).
-Understand how to work with graphic design

Nice-to-haves:

-Quantitative research methods (e.g. surveys or data analysis using Google Analytics).
-Understanding the technologies that will be used to implement your designs (e.g. basic HTML and CSS).
-Formal training in interaction design, human-computer interaction, behavioral science, cognitive psychology, digital design or related subjects.
