Visma eAccounting needs more superheroes to join our team in Växjö. This is an exciting position in an international working environment (R&D community of with over 1000 employees)
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Product Owner to a new sub-team that will continue to develop our payroll module. Our product Visma eAccounting is a cloud accounting system for small companies & accounting firms in the Nordics and Netherlands. Visma eAccounting is built with modern technology and our team have big passion for great UX that attracts and delight our users.
In your role as Product Owner you are responsible for the success of your product by delivering value, automate processes and ensure that our customers are super happy.

In our team you will work in a creative environment with the latest technology together with really great co-workers. We are doing Continuous delivery and Devops and we are running Visma eAccounting on Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for strategies for the product so you need to have the skills to think long-term with a business mindset. You like and have the ability to build good relations and network both internally and externally (customers, partners).
You have good communication skills and can lead and inspire the team to reach our goals .

Experience of grooming backlogs and prioritise roadmap
Worked with in agile processes
Commercial understanding
Experience managing teams and product development
Of course, you have good spoken and written language skills in English and Swedish!
If you have knowledge or have experience in the payroll domain in Sweden or Norway we see that as added value for this position.
