JavaScript Developer for Innovative Company

Join our customers team and help them save the climate and disrupt the energy industry! They are looking for developers to join their multinational team of talented engineers. You will be helping them to solve complex challenges, ship new features and maintain their existing web and mobile products. They use a variety of different technologies to build their products, including Angular, Ionic, Typescript, AWS and others.

What you will be doing
- Implementing new features and improving existing ones for their customer facing products
- Providing direction to the product’s technical architecture
- Having direct impact on the product on a day to day basis
- Working on a variety of technical challenges with a modern stack
- Being an active participant in peer code reviews and release retrospectives

Prerequisites
- 4+ years of experience in front-end ecosystem
- Extensive JavaScript knowledge (e.g. ES6, Typescript)
- Hands on experience with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks (Angular, React, Redux etc.)
- Experience with automated testing of front-end applications
- A proven track record of anticipating and articulating technical risks and deconstructing complex problems
- Enthusiastic about code quality and application performance
- Experience with state management and architecture for front-end applications
- Being product minded, UX & detail oriented
- Understands browser concepts: DOM, CSS (Sass is a plus), cross-browser compatibility, page rendering
- Good communication skills in English

Nice to have
- Knowledge of REST APIs and how to consume them
- Familiarity with scrum and agile working methods
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery
- Experience with PHP, Python, MongoDB, AWS, Docker
