The Baseband Infrastructure (BBI) organization is looking for a newly graduate compiler developer!

BBI provides execution environment, tools, and high-level programming model for Ericsson’s many-core HW called EMCA. BBI SW platform and tools is the foundation for baseband and radio SW application development on EMCA in the 5G mobile systems.

In this position you will be part of our high performing compiler development team and expected to make contributions to our variant of a Clang and LLVM based compiler tailored to our proprietary hardware. You are also expected to contribute and commit related updates in adjacent and affected areas such as the build system as well as the platform and application code.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
•Great knowledge in a general-purpose programming language such as C/C++
•Great knowledge in Linux environments
•BSc level in Computer Science or an equivalent level of knowledge
•Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
•Experience from working in a git/gerrit based development flow
•Experience from work in a CI based development environment using e.g. jenkins or similar
•Experience from working with open source compiler systems like LLVM or GCC
•Experience working with open-source SW components and tools
•Grades from compiler construction course on academic level or similar
