Senior Lighting and Look Development Artist

We are now looking for a Senior Lighting and Look Development Artist to join us at ILP.

You will be working with look development of assets, scene assembly, shot lighting, rendering and other related tasks.

Essential skills:

- 5 years+ experience working with lighting and look development on high end VFX productions
- Showreel showcasing high end lighting and look development work
- Maya proficiency
- Extensive knowledge of Arnold or similar production renderer
- Thorough experience of rendering volumetric and other effects
- The ability to troubleshoot asset/shot issues and optimise rendering setups.
- Solid compositing abilities in Nuke or similar compositing package
- Great problem solving skills
- A high attention to details
- A willingness to adapt to changes and try new things
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills:

- Experience working in Houdini
- Experience working with Mari or other digital painting tools
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
