UX Designer

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: At Mitel we give you the opportunity to let the whole world be amazed by your UX design. Mitel is growing and we need to hire UX designers. We offer an international workplace where we work with the latest technologies. We think you will be challenged. As a UX designer at Mitel, you will come in contact with most of the stakeholders and target groups and thus get a good understanding of the business and user goals. You, as the designer have a great opportunity to influence future products. You will work closely with the stakeholders in an agile development environment. Our products span many platforms: web, mobiles, tablets, desktops and conference phones. Our products are constantly evolving and need a designer who can help shape and evolve the product portfolio. At Mitel, there are several departments around the world who are working on different products and you will be needed by all of them. Our work process comes from a start-up environment and we are constantly trying to improve. We work with an agile and lean development process and believe this will be a very good fit with an iterative design process. Ease of use and simplicity are a must and the driving force behind our application design.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: You have a university degree in interaction design or the like and have worked for about 5 years in a role where interaction design is the focus. You are a team player and you have a holistic approach. You have a user and business perspective and you are able to convey your ideas and visions in a professional manner. Graphic design and design at a fundamental level is a big plus. Another plus is if you have technical skills in web programming, scripting and lighter programming.
