Design Sprint Facilitator

Through the Design Sprint framework, you will ensure that Tetra Pak develops better products faster

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Design Sprint is a 5-day-framework how to solve big problems and test new ideas in just five days. It was invented by Jake Knapp from Google Ventures and gives an efficient hands-on approach how to do it.

We are a team of four people who facilitate in pairs where you will be one of the Product Designers who designs prototypes that we test on end users. We apply the framework on all types of complex challenges and products, so the prototype can be a digital product, a visual presentation or something built in a material like Styrofoam.

This position will be located in Lund. Travelling not more than 30 days per year is expected.

About you

What you will do:
-You will be designing physical prototypes and do co-facilitating together with the head facilitators

We are looking for someone who has:
-A user-focused mindset - a passionate drive for understanding and meeting user needs
-The ability to see the full picture.
-A passionate interest in product development
-Good knowledge in UI tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and InVision
-A humble but confident attitude, with experiences in running workshops
-An instinct play into decision making for the users.

We also would like to see that you have:
-Earlier experience in designing digital prototypes such as mobile applications
