UX/UI Designer – BU Products

We work with one of the most important things - to give everyone the opportunity to a good school. Our task is to provide those who work in or with school and pre-school the tools they need to do their job as well as possible. About IST Products

IST Products develops the next generation of administrative software for schools and childcare. Our products help the students, parents, teachers and managers to spend more time on what’s important.

IST Product’s is about 55 people strong, but your work will require cooperation with other IST departments, either using our and/or producing other applications.

What you will work with

- Develop user-friendly and efficient UX design solutions
- Define design themes
- Create mockups, including wireframes and prototypes
- Create new features and streamline existing together with our product owners and developers
- You will be a part of cross-functional teams with iterative working methods.

Placement

Växjö, but we have an open mind for other solutions!

Who you are

- You have at least three years of experience of working as UX/UI designer and a relevant education.
- You want to build our future digital solutions within EdTech
- You have a good understanding of UX and interaction design as well as UI design
- You are familiar with everything from user flows and customer journeys to wireframes, design systems and user interfaces
- You are self-driven, organized, and communicative
- You enjoy collaborating with product owners and developers
- You have good knowledge from Sketch, Invisio or Invision Studio and if you have knowledge in CSS or some front-end technologies it’s awesome
- You have great understanding of best-practices within UX/UI design and you are familiar with platform and usability guidelines such as WCAG and different guidelines such as Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and Google’s Material Design.
- You have an online portfolio, or PDF that you can share with us.
