You will be part of the Web, Ecommerce & Digital Channel (WED) line organization rolling out the One Web solution in the countries. One Web is a key component in IKEA’s multichannel strategy within Growing IKEA Together 2020, providing us a fantastic opportunity for growth.

About the assignment
As a Rollout project leader you are responsible for leading coordinating and aligning implementation tasks to one or more countries during the rollout in the area of the One Web Solution and the single point of contact and a central actor in the preparation and execution phase. You will work closely and align with the Country Implementation leaders, and the assigned global rollout teams that consist of a functional expert and a trainer. The Rollout project lead is responsible for facilitating tasks and activities needed in order for the country implementation leader to be able to feel confident to be able to start planning and executing their tasks accordingly, so that they can lead, and prioritize activities for the building of the site. The Rollout project lead is also responsible for providing the country implementation leader with guidance and a localisation toolkit, including work packages throughout the implementation period, so that they can plan and organise all activities with the key country stakeholders. The Rollout project lead is also responsible for the alignment with the global stakeholders for example ICOM, Business Support, PGLS, WED organisation, SEO team, Optimisation team, Digital Experience team, Business Solutions, Digital operations & services, etc, including alignment with Ready to Launch, Ready to Deploy, Ready Receive, Ready to Support, supporting before and during the site build, continuously updating timeline and plans based on MCTP launch plans, ensuring a positive IKEA customer experience;
• Collaborate with your stakeholders, such as Training responsible & trainers, Change specialist, Business Analysts, Global Digital Experts, Scope responsible.
• Lead, plan, prioritize and follow up implementation activities and configurations needed with the country implementation leads and with support from business analyst, planner, and configuration specialist.
• Support the Country Implementation leads to ensure that experience is consistent to secure a positive IKEA customer experience on the One web.
• Lead and perform a knowledge transfer and handover to the different Country Implementation leads.
• Keep Implementation workshop activities fun, find innovative ways to sustain energy and enthusiasm, using a variety of vibrant methods, constantly liaising with the training responsible?
• Collaborate with the Roll out trainers to ensure all implementation documentation is up to date for a smooth roll out of activities.
• Stay on top of change & development both when it comes to the web platform and the training environment.
• Interact with Training responsible on One evaluation performance and arrange any follow up training through the life-cycle of their positon

Conditions of employment
As a Rollout Project Lead, you will report to the Team Lead and in matrix with the person responsible for the One Web rollout in the country. The position is a full-time, temporary position during until 31 August 2019, mainly located in Malmo and Helsingborg, Sweden. The position will require occasional travelling.

About you

• Experienced in website management, working with website development, digital media, including search and merchandising.
• Experienced in Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage a high volume of assignments.
• Ability to work from a holistic approach with various online digital touchpoints.
• Interest in project management and Change management knowledge
• Ability to help deliver activities that is within an agreed timescales
• Excellent at facilitating, planning, managing workshops and activities.
• Attention to detail.
