UCG 113001 IT Technician Linux

Your tasks:
- Working as a Linux system administrator
- handling operations and future improvements
- Main responsibilities is day to day operations of the in-house built Provisioning system.
- The system is running on Ubuntu and we are moving towards containers and the Cloud.
- working with Ubuntu/Debian and its derivatives.
- you have to understand the impact of full-scale automation through scripting and configuration management tools such as Ansible/Fabric.
- You will be involved in designing and deploying multiple applications utilizing most of the Openstack and Vmware.
- Running Operations with an Agile mindset

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:
- Linux systems administration
- Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar)
- Source Control (git, svn or similar)
- Automating tasks and processes (Bash, Python)
- Troubleshooting various application stacks

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
