Test Lead

THE POSITION

Your work days will involve planning, leading and executing test processes both for systems under implementation and for systems in operation, in order to make sure that we offer a quality experience for our customers.

You will lead testing in projects and support users and customers with testing activities throughout a systems entire lifecycle.

You will get to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, and you will have the possibility to work on a range of different projects, products and systems.

You will be challenged and you will get to develop your skills as a Test Lead.

THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

• Exciting projects related to both streaming and linear TV (working with Viaplay, Viafree, Viasat etc)
• Leading initiatives for test automation
• Maintaining quality for our internal systems
• Interacting with a lot of different stakeholders within the organisation, creating awareness and engagement for testing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with documented work life experience of leading test processes. We believe that you enjoy being the link between technical people and business people. We also believe that you are an outgoing individual that enjoys being involved in different projects across the organisation.

A successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in test management.
• Knowledge of QA principles and lifecycles.
• Experience of both functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

• Experience in test automation, Jira, API testing, SQL and programming languages such as Python
