Axel Arigato manages to stay on top of the fast changing digital sphere by releasing one new style each week. The collections include men’s footwear, women’s footwear, clothing and accessories. Axel Arigato is currently carried by a select group of retailers as well as sold online and through the stores in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.

Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a Junior Graphic Designer at the head office in Gothenburg. As a Junior Graphic Designer at Axel Arigato you will work closely with the Brand Manager and the creative department to fulfill design needs across all platforms. This is a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative role with strong opportunities for growth within the organization.

Job descriptions
- Create design and layouts for weekly newsletters and campaigns including banners, social media assets and landing pages
- Produce collaterall tied in with presentations, internal manuals and templates
- Execution of print-ready artworks: packaging, invites, VM for the stores such as posters, store window vinyls, signage etc.
- Image retouch: color correction, product and on-model retouch
- Understand the look and feel of axelarigato.com and contribute ideas and concepts for social media assets
- Supporting the Graphic Designer with day to day tasks

The ideal candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience working as in-house graphic designer for a brand or in a creative team (fashion & apparel, ecommerce, design or branding agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Adobe Premiere After Effects
- Excellent language and communication skills. Fluency in English is required
- Great understanding of holistic campaigns (digital, print and social)
- Strong image manipulation and retouching skills
- Strong eye and demonstrate knowledge of contemporary art, design and fashion
- Demonstrate a passion for graphic design within fashion and be able to express an understanding of the Axel Arigato brand in particular.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative
- Be able to multi task with strong planning and organizational skills
- Be able to effectively communicate with multiple team members and align ideas

**Must be able to present portfolio of recent design work**
