That’s why we are now looking for Analytics Developers to join our Enterprise Analytics & Insights (BI) team at our headquarter in Insjön, Dalarna.

Are you ready?

You will be a partner of our various business functions, and through close collaboration enable data analysis of our business processes, assist in making business goals measurable, and inspire to new analytical capabilities (data-driven innovation).

From a technical perspective, you will, together with the team capture and analyze requirements within the organization and translate this into technical demands, and design and implement high quality solutions in a coherent analytics platform.

Within the team, we are also responsible for our Master Data Management technologies (MDM) and for validating information architecture, data profiling and ensuring data quality in close collaboration with our information owners.

We work mainly with Microsoft's latest technologies and you will either need to be a full stack Analytics developer, with the ability to convert raw data to delivering business value through analytics support, dashboards, and reports, or a specialist within Analytics frontend or backend with the ability to grow into new Analytics technology domains

Are you the person we are looking for?

We think that there are two kinds of profile that might fit this role:

• You’re either a person with a relevant academic degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience and a burning interest of growing within the Analytics development domains. You are familiar with technology- and system development in Microsoft technologies and have very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) and/or, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. Experience in Master data management and/or prescriptive/cognitive analytics is meritorious.
• Or you might be a strong and experienced .NET and SQL developer with a relevant academic degree and with the will, ambition and drive to move towards the Analytics technical domains. You need to be a fast and self-sufficient learner with a true passion for gaining new knowledge and grow in to this new area of interest.

As a person, you are comfortable with taking ownership and responsibility for system solutions, working directly with internal users, and with system vendors and implementation partners. You might be responsible for different suppliers / partners regarding technical issues.

You are a good technical problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and have a true will to take responsibility and achieve results in your work. You are curiously following developments and trends in the area to gain new knowledge and are gladly to share your knowledge with the rest of the organization. Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing, are required for this position.
