About the role

You will work in a project focusing on application maintenance and development within the telecom sector.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations support tasks and keep customers informed of the progress of their queries. Part of the role includes proactive monitoring and surveillance of applications, servers, databases.

We are looking for following skills:

- Experience in Network Monitoring tools for various network devices, appliances
- Hands-on on monitoring any one of tools: HP, BMC, NetScout, CA, Solarwinds
- Strong knowledge of SNMP (v1, v2C, v3)/HTTP/WMI/TCP/IP and other network protocols and devices e.g. gateways/routers/switches
- Secondary Skills: Asp.net, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, PostgreSQL, MS IIS
- Experience in the Telecom Network domain & Technology

- Experience of non-production environments such as development, testing, performance
- Understanding of the principles of ITIL Service Management such as Service Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management processes
- Excellent verbal and written communications in English
