Junior Front End/Full Stack Developer at InterEast // Gothenburg

What started down in the basement in Ekebäck 25 years ago has now grown to become a logistics company that crosses through generations. Today we offer logistics services and transportation of goods to and from Eastern Europe and Asia, particularly for manufacturing companies in the engineering and textile industries. With high ambitions for growth we´re now, together with Oddwork, on a hunt for a Junior Front End/Full Stack Developer to our office in Sisjön, Gothenburg.

About the position as Junior Front end/Full stack Developer
We are currently looking for a new star to create and maintain a next-generation transport and logistics platform developed in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity to take part early in the development of a modern web-based platform. At our office in Sisjön work is conducted in an agile fashion in close cooperation with the end-users.

In this role you will develop and implement new software as well as maintain performance of existing, focused on UX. By clear and regular communication with management and technical support colleagues, you will test software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization. The front end is written in React and the back end is written in Golang using a microservice architecture. The pace is fast-moving and we put out new features to customers 5-6 times a day - in other words you will receive direct response from users and see the results of your work right away.

We believe you have an understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business. You discover the smallest details and get a kick from working in modern, fast systems and platforms. Your curiosity drives you to learn new things, which is something high up on your wish list.

Our wishes
* Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
* Positive if you have experience in React or similar frameworks
* Interest in and ability to learn Fullstack/Backend
