What you will do

With Nordic Web Team developers team you will work in a dynamic growth team to streamline our processes and improve the development strategy of the company.

You will be in charge for the technical assesments and reviews of your team members
You will help with the technical onboarding of the new team members

Colaborate with the Romanian Team Leader to search and look for new learning opportunities and how to improve our current processes

Work as a liason between the developers and Project Managers as requested

Work alongside your developer team

Who you are

Fluent in Swedish and English
