Senior Software Developer

Take on this challenge and contribute to the development of next generation´s Welfare solutions. Within the Elderly care Product Development department, we create software applications for Nordic municipalities all the way from concept to cash and beyond. As our new senior software developer you will play a key role in continuing our long Agile journey. You will be part of the complete product development process that includes all steps from coding to maintenance and delivery, ensuring that the product portfolio fulfills the customer and product owner’s needs. You will be focusing on continuous improvement when it comes to development process, learning, transparency, quality and speed within your own team and across our team´s in Nordics and India.

To succeed in this position we see that you;

- hold a degree in relevant field

- have at least three years of experience working with native application development for Android platforms

- have experience in automated quality assurance

- the ability to use both written and spoken Swedish and English on a daily basis.

In addition you have solid knowledge and experience in one or more of the following frameworks or technologies: C#, .NET, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS3. Database knowledge (SQL Server) and IIS.

You have a willingness to be a member of a cross functional team working with an agile approach. You are an engaged and open-minded team player, but you also have a pro-active approach with a hunger to take responsibility on an individual level. You are driven to learn new things and technologies, and often find yourself thinking outside the box. You are self-motivated and value accountability in yourself and in others.
