We are looking for someone who can help us give our app and website a substantial face lift. Primarily we are looking for someone who is a superstar UI designer, but a big plus if you are also experienced in UX.

What we have accomplished

Newsvoice is available in a first version as a website, iOS and Android apps, currently with about 30,000 active readers. In the past year we've grown rapidly and are set to four double our user base over the next year.

What’s the challenge?

We are about to give Newsvoice a substantial facelift and need someone that can go over the existing app and improve the design. We are also building a set of exciting new features that will need great design work.

As a part of Newsvoice, you will work with a world class team. It will be hard and challenging work, but you will be part something that will change the world forever. We imagine this position to start as freelance work, but it can transform into a full time position over time.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone who are passionate about app and web design:

• You have solid experience in app and web UI design.
• You have experience from UX and have a great understanding of the user journey.
• Bonus if you can also do illustrations and animations.

Newsvoice is founded by Viktor Lidholt, a former Silicon Valley Google engineer with 15+ years experience in software and product development, leading teams, and business development. He has held guest lectures at MIT, UC Berkeley, and Carnegie Mellon, as well as conferences all over the world. He has been part of successful startup exits in the past.
