We are looking for a Data Analyst in our AI Foundation product area within the Business Tech organization.

Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional product team with focus on creating AI solutions for transforming how we work at H&M. Each product team consists of Data Scientists, Engineers, Business Experts, and other Data Analysts.

Your mission is to support the team with analyses based on business- and product-related data to ensure our AI products are generating actionable and valuable output for our business. This includes for example analyses on prediction models and optimization engines in combination with business-related data on sales and supply chain. Furthermore, you will work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to take your work from the analysis-stage to fully implemented AI software solutions.

You will be responsible for leading specific development projects within the team and also work closely with the team’s Product Owner, to support in defining the product roadmap through your data-driven insights. 

This also includes:

  • Analyze and design AI solutions together with business stakeholders and the product team to maximize business impact
  • Analyze and verify model output and work with Data Scientists and Engineers to improve accuracy of models
  • Pressure-test algorithms from a business perspective and develop business cases
  • Lead and coordinate the development work for various topics within your product
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies
  • Be an active voice for constant improvement in ways of working within the team
  • Support in setting the roadmap and strategy for the product team, together with the Product Owner

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree within Business, Statistics or Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a position requiring strong analytical skills
  • Experience of – and/or high interest in - working with advanced analytics and AI
  • Experience from working with advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python)
  • Proven track record of delivering great results
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
  • Strong in prioritization, execution, and following up together with a “can-do attitude”
  • Motivated by an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Managers for Data Analysts within AI Foundation.
