About the role

Capio is now looking for a new Service Owner for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.

In this position you will continue to build on the identity and access management foundation. Capio relies on the SailPoint Identity IQ platform to govern our user’s logical access. The next step involves expanding the reach to an increased number of applications. The role itself is both strategical and technical; you are expected both to develop plans and to carry out operational/development tasks.

The Service Owner for IAM is responsible for all processes and technology (solutions and infrastructure) that relates to managing digital identities. The role has a high level of independence and plenty of room for personal initiatives.

Within Capio, the IAM foundation is continuously developed with an ITIL based approach to Service Delivery. The Service Owner for IAM prioritize initiatives together with the IT Services Development Forum. The Service Owner for IAM also prepares decision basis to the IT Service Management Committee that governs the strategic directions of our IT services.

The Service Owner for IAM should be: 

  • Experienced in operating an IAM ecosystem and associated processes, preferably with 5+ years of software development experience
  • Knowledgeable about solutions and processes for identification, authentication, and authorization
  • Experienced working with user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification
  • Experienced working with the SailPoint Identity IQ platform, or similar identity management and identity governance solutions
  • Experienced in designing, deploying, implementing, and integrating identity management and identity governance solutions with applications and infrastructure
  • Knowledgeable about Java, Beanshell, Microsoft SQL server, LDAP, and web services (REST/SOAP). 
  • Experienced in leading and participating in troubleshooting, managing, and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements and permissions
  • Experienced with identity federation
  • Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure in general
  • Be prestigeless and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach when working together with other internal teams and customers

The Service Owner for IAM will be based in Gothenburg, or in Stockholm. It will be organized within Capio Support AB and report to VP Information Security.
