Your mission will be to craft cutting-edge customer experiences for all our brands, markets and touch points. You'll be part of our User Experience Team and will have a key impact on the largest fashion and home e-commerce website in the Nordics and grow dynamically alongside other top skilled and passionate people.

 

Your main activities will be:

  • Identify customer pain points and innovation opportunities through continuous user research and creative benchmark.
  • Drive UX design projects from A-Z to support the development of the business and enhance the experience of our customers.
  • Enrich project briefs by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, framing strategic goals and shape the optimum tactical approach.
  • Define structuring principles, requirements and scope. Communicate your ideas with sketches, user flows and prototypes.
  • Design world-class and cross-devices user interfaces, create prototypes and test your concept with users.
  • Work closely with the different teams in an agile environment and fuel global engagement to deliver the best results.
  • Secure holistic quality (modular design, accessibility, speed ...) and handover deliverables that developers will love.
  • Follow up implementation of your design until launch, evaluate results and share the insights with the organization.

 

Your Profile:

  • Genuinely customer-driven and passionate about UX, you have strong experiences in designing digital experiences preferably in an e-commerce setup.
  • Fluent in English and ideally in Swedish too. You are a great team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Sketch and Invision (or similar) are your daily tools and you can combine datas and marketing with creativity.
  • You have the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions.
  • You understand the technologies impacting your design and can have creative discussions with developers to make your ideas happen.
  • You naturally challenge the standards of the market to innovate beyond average and deliver great and holistic results.

The position is full-time and located at Ellos Groups head-office in Borås, Sweden.
