Job Description This is a position for you who are a senior developer, but most of all have a burning interest for wireless communication and embedded programming. In this role, you will be the technical leader for a specific chip-set firmware and the related u-blox software. Our product is u-connectXpress software, which enables our customers Internet of Things end products to be connected. You have an engineering education in software design and embedded hardware as well as experience of Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth communication. You will be part of a dedicated software embedded team at u-blox in Malmö Västra Hamnen. We are working with applications, above the low-level Wi-Fi or Bluetooth drivers, based on MQTT, TLS, TCP/IP, as well as cloud services, security ciphers, indoor-positioning, secure storage/boot, device management, firmware over the air and machine learning. You are a self-going individual with a positive attitude and a drive to take on challenging task, the team will support you, as you will support your team members.
