Senior Software Agile Project Leader (IoT)DescriptionThis position is for you if you want to work, and develop your skills, as an agile leader for software development within the Internet of Things field. You will have a technical background within embedded software systems, either as a developer, test engineer, scrum master, technical leader, or agile project leader. You will need to understand the nature of traditional waterfall projects to be able to align agile methods with hardware product projects way of working. A pragmatic mindset and approach are needed to combine these different realities. This role is placed within the software embedded organization.The primary software to work with is u-connectXpress, which enables our customer to add connectivity to their products, without the need for them to have deeper networking knowledge. We are developing software including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TCP/IP, MQTT, TLS as well as secure storage/boot, device management, remote diagnostics, cloud services, Bluetooth indoor positioning, firmware over the air and machine learning. Your personality is to act as a servant leader and to remove impediments for the agile team and to contribute to a positive and inclusive team spirit. We work according to Kanban or Scrum and your tasks could be described as parts from a scrum master and an agile software project management role. You will work with technical requirements, maintain requirements and a backlog in Jira, and have an interest and ability to discuss technical matters with the team. The software team relies on you to keep track of the overall product plan, deliverables, to do the release planning and the status reporting as well as to interact with product project and product managers as well as application engineers, who are your internal customers.It´s important for us to have a sustainable working environment, which makes room for normal working hours and we offer a hybrid model so you have a possibility to work remotely from home.

Your Primary Tasks
- Agile software release planning
- Status and release reporting to the product project manager
- Requirements definition and management
- Maintenance of the Kanban/Scrum backlog
- Technical involvement and discussions with the team and stakeholders
- Preparing software gate deliverables, thus offloading the technical leader
Your Secondary Tasks
- Acting for the software line manager when applicable
- Reviewing technical specifications
- Developing and improving the way of working
- Involvement in system and architecture technical discussions
Your Skills and Experience
- Master or Bachelor of Science in software engineering
- Scrum master or project management experience
- Experience in negotiation with stakeholders
- Wireless communication knowledge
- Experience in development of embedded systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- English communication and technical writing
- Holder of a Swedish work permit
