Qliro is a start-up within CDON Group- the leading e-commerce group in the Nordics, founded in 2014 with the goal to deliver modern, consumer oriented payment solutions for CDON Group’s customers. The company is currently in an exciting build-up phase where many new and different challenges are tackled every day. As we are a growing and fast-moving business we must always be proactive, take responsibility and always strive to find the best possible solution considering all aspects of the business.
As Qliro is growing, we are now looking for an Integrations Manager. As Integrations Manager you will be responsible for managing technical integrations with Qliro's clients. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of IT Operations in order to support Qliro's merchants from start to finish during the integration process. This position involves collaborating not only with the merchant but also with our internal IT team as well as subcontractors. Your role will be an important part in the success when rolling out new clients.
The role
· Lead all client API integrations as well as internal projects.
· Provide support for client during integration.
· Ensure integration standards and processes are maintained and continuously improved.
· Make sure integration documents are up to date.
· Responsible for testing the integration.
· Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalation of unresolved issues.
