UX Director

North Kingdom is looking for a UX director to join our Stockholm or Skellefteå office. UX is one of our four core disciplines at North Kingdom and plays a central role in making sure that we design meaningful experiences, products, and services for clients such as Google, Snapchat and Lego.

As a UX director, you have a creative leadership role. This means driving a vision for how we create world-class solutions and leading and mentor your UX team members to create these solutions.

In projects, you will be at the core of co-creating ideas and bringing them to life. This means being involved from idea phase, through execution and all the way to final polish. To sum it up, we are looking for someone who is equally driven by the thinking as well as the craft.

Who are you?
We value personality, a willingness to learn in your work and the ability to take care of your team above all, but here are a few skill sets we prioritize as a UX director:

Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in the UX design field.
You have a vast knowledge of conception, UX design, interaction, and/or technology, and understand how these principles interact across different devices
You use prototyping tools and applications on the regular (for example Sketch,
InVision, Adobe XD, Flinto or Framer)
