We are looking for a Software Developer to Atlas Copco Industrial Technique.

My name is Björn Möller and I am leading the Controller Core Team at Station Critical Software Department, R&D. It’s a diverse team with a strong team spirit. I’m proud of the team spirit and the open culture to bring up and discuss improvements of software and processes.

About the job

This role involves a large internal network with coworkers from various areas. You will work close to the products and see your implementation in action. In various projects and teams, you will be part of all development steps from analyzing customer’s needs, to creating the design, do the implementation, perform unit testing and maintain the documentation for our new generation of assembly stations - PF6 series. If you find challenges in team coordination you can combine software development with team coordination. That includes coordinating a cross functional team of 4-8 people. As a team coordinator you will have pulse meetings, report progress to the project manager and raise red flags when needed. It also includes keeping track of the team issue backlog.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for a senior software C++ developer with passion for C++ and embedded systems with team coordination skills.

Your personality:

As a person, you are a true team player with a “can-do” attitude, easy to interact with as well as eager to learn. You are self-organized, committed and customer focused.

Education

You hold a technical university degree or a Master of Science in Software Engineering.
