We are a team consisting of 13 talented software developers and testers. We have a highly agile, open and energetic work environment where we continuously strive for improvement and welcome all kind of new and creative ideas.

 

We are now looking for a Software Tester who will perform simulations for the high voltage battery systems with the purpose of testing and verifying the functionality used in the software that controls these systems. You will work in HIL, SIL and MIL test environments and utilize state of the art methods to increase the software quality by catching faulty assumptions and bugs as early as possible. To this end, our team has strong cooperation with top universities in the world that are experts in software testing of embedded systems. Our goal is to automate the software testing procedure as much as possible by combining formal methods and statistics. 

 

We work agile under the SAFe framework. You will belong to an agile team consisting of a product owner, scrum master and 6 developers and testers working very close to each other.

 

What you will do

You will develop test benches in HIL, SIL and MIL environments and derive test suites both manually and automatically using the existing tools. You will analyse the simulation test results and give proposals on how to improve design and calibration data and deliver the test results in a structured way. There will be a high level of cooperation with the development teams working in an agile setup and you will assist the improvement work around software test strategies and methods.

 

Who are you?

You are experienced in HIL testing, meritorious in ControlDesk and AutomationDesk and are excellent in Matlab/Simulink. You have experience in programming such as Python and have worked in an agile environment before, preferably SAFe or SCRUM. You strive for continuous integration and scripting and have integrity, courage and positive energy. You are cooperative and transparent with good communication skills. People would say that you are structured and data driven with excellent documentation skills. As we are a global company, you must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
