We are looking for several experienced DevOps Engineers to our office in Malmö or Helsingborg, to help us in our journey towards an automated and reliable delivery process for our Systems designed using Container technologies.
What you’ll do
You will be part of a journey to create world class Cloud Computing for IKEA!
Your main focus will be to develop and on-board the IKEA development organization to our framework and patterns, to support the automation of the development process for the different teams. You will be working in a team with highly skilled DevOps Engineers and with other product teams and stakeholders.
You will work in an agile team setup with a mix of IT and Business competences. Together with your team you will be involved in implementing our new solutions, being active in the areas of continuous improvement efforts by proposing and implementing new ideas. To support agile application development you will create and maintain the platforms, patterns and frameworks as a foundation.
Who are you?
Today you are probably working as a Software Engineer with experience from automation in a DevOps setup. Your experience with large Kubernetes clusters is an advantage. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to see the high-level picture as well as enjoying working with the details.
You have a mature approach to handle changing priorities and communicate complex topics in a pedagogic way.
As a person you are curious and open to new ideas while constantly looking for improvements. You enjoy working together in the team to deliver business value to our customers and appreciate the importance of building cross functional relationships with stakeholders and vendors. You wish to be part of a huge change journey where you have the possibility to take a technical leading role
We believe you’ll have
•programming experience in one or several of languages: Python, bash, PowerShell, C#, C++, Ruby, NodeJS or Java
•working knowledge and experience in environment provisioning, and orchestration systems like Terraform or Ansible/Ansible Tower
•experience in setting up and deploying CI/CD solutions using modern toolsets such as GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps and Nexus
•experience of 1y+ with implementing container solutions using Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
