Trustly is a young and dynamic company in great expansion focusing on their high-tech solution; payment online. The company have received many awards and have been profitable since day one. Two out of three founders at Trustly are developers and the technical aspect has always been highly prioritized. They mainly use Java, PostgreSQL and JavaScript and focus heavily on open source technologies.

During 2015 Trustly where pointed out as the most influential company within financial technology. There are about 210+ employees working at their office in Stockholm, where all the tech development happens. The development department are growing fast, and their ambition is to grow twice as big in 2019. This is a position which is perfect for you if you want to be a part of an exciting journey and work side by side with some of the best developers within the business.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Worktasks
Trustly is a tech company at heart, and the development team builds everything from scratch. As a Lead Java Developer you are a part of the core team and have a key role in the architectural work building next generation system platform. You develop and build scalable systems together with the java and database developers. Also, you work with CI/CD as a standard practice and create development guidelines and introduce new frameworks and technologies into the stack. You keep in touch with new and current technologies, sharing your knowledge to the rest of the tech department. Of course, you also contribute as a team player and mentor other developers. What you create will make a significant difference and the company are today handling over three million transactions per month.

Profil:

• Several years as a Java developer with experience in building robust, scalable system from ground up
• Good knowledge in service based architecture and Microservices
• Knowledge in many and new technologies and frameworks within the java area such as Spring boot and/or Dropwizard.
• Experience in evaluating and selecting open source tools and libraries
• Experience in working with monitoring and analytics
• Good know-how of software testing, unit testing, contract driven development and best practices therein
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
