First Line Support

Join us in Unomaly’s mission to change how critical IT environments are monitored. We move away from traditional monitoring practices largely consisting of static rules, searches and threshold alerts. We instead turn to automated machine learning to determine the current state, find anomalies and continuously learn new behavior.

We are looking for the next member of our Support Team. With us, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenging, and at times, uncharted territory of algorithmic and streaming analytics problems. You will be part of a team whose main goal is to make our core product fantastic and valuable by guiding our customers to be successful users of Unomaly and by providing feedback from the field.

As First Line Support, you will:

* Respond to incoming technical support requests in our helpdesk software (Zendesk)
* Engage with customers in our Slack channel and community
* Perform initial troubleshooting of customer setups using screen sharing (Zoom)
* Triage and write bug reports, informing waiting customers when fixes are released
* Escalate issues which require further investigation by working with product and platform engineers
* Write knowledge base articles to help customers solve issues by themselves

As a candidate, you are:

* Customer oriented
* Able to clearly write instructions in support tickets and bug reports
* A strong problem solver with experience in troubleshooting Linux environments, basic networking and scripting/programming skills
* Structured in your approach and able to keep track of multiple commitments
* Able to write knowledge base articles, guiding customers to help themselves
