Agile Coach

We are now looking for an Agile Coach to come work close to our teams and guide them in their agile processes. You will be part of our Business Technology department which has more than 100 people inhouse. We have Developers, DevOps, Product Owners, UX and QA working closely together to develop and maintain our Global IT systems.

YOUR CHALLENGE
As an Agile Coach you will work close with Team Leads and Team members to coach them in agile practices, optimize their work flows and improve our cross function and cross team communication. You will practice a coaching mindset to maximize the team members personal and professional growth.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coach the Team Leads in agile practices, tools and mindsets
• Coach the Teams and their team members in agile practices, tools and mindsets
• Optimize cross team and cross functional communication and collaboration.
• Be an ambassador for Agile work processes
• Understand and advocate CI/CD, test automation and other concepts that help maximize our efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE
What we are looking for is someone who has worked as an Agile Coach and who is comfortable going into a new organization and can quickly build relationships and trust.
You are an analytical person who asks and thinks before telling or doing.

• You have strong experience from coaching IT Development Teams working with Agile methods.
• You are well versed in SCRUM and Kanban methods.
• You have experience from complex organizations where Agile methods have to scale.
• You put people first.
• You have probably worked in other roles within a IT Development organization before you decided to become an Agile Coach.
• You have a degree in a relevant field and/or a track record of successful projects
