The role
As a junior developer you are part of the Product team and work closely together with our Customer Success team. Your focus will be to make sure that all new and existing customers get the most out of Teamtailor.

Examples of things you will do in a normal work day:

- Troubleshoot an issue and deploy a fix for it
- Help a new customer to import their existing candidates from another system
- Set up and configure integrations

You will always work together with a product developer (on a one week rotating schedule). We believe that most challenges are more about problem solving that coding. So even if you still have things to learn you will be able to help solve problems from day one.

Qualities we look for
- Eager to learn new things. The only thing we know is that a lot of things will change. Both the tech we use, but also about the industry we operate in.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in english
- Problem solver with an analytical mindset

The tech we use
Teamtailor is a Ruby on Rails and Ember.js app. Other key components in our current setup is postgresql, elasticsearch, redis.
