We have during our short trip designed products to over 100 athletes such as Usain Bolt, Cristiano Ronaldo, Leonel Messi, Neymar JR and many more. Even Royalty and celebrities such as DJ Khaled, Rick Ross and many social media superstars proudly wear our products.

The Position

As E-Commerce manger you will be responsible for activating customers both online and on-site, driving sales through product promotions and building a digital solution. You will work together with management in order to identify opportunities for value creation and drive traffic.

You need to reach the customers in a more personal level, in order to build an understanding of their needs.

Responsibilities
-----------------------

• Work closely with the management to develop and execute a long term strategy to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support the creation of an unrivalled online customer experience which showcases our product and services. Driving constant innovation and evolution.
• Create supporting material to drive activation of products and online usage.
• Analyse trading and use age patterns by customer group and understand the sales curve, reporting findings and identifying opportunities to maximize online sales and profitability
• Constantly keep up to date about competing solutions in the market
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy

Requirements
---------------------

• 1-3 years of experience/training in a similar role
• Self-starter, who can work on their own initiative
• Desired technical skills: CSS, Photoshop, HTML and CMS
• Digital Trading techniques: Product presentations, Campaigns, A/B Split Testing, Product Catalogues and e-mail marketing
• Marketing – experience of activity planning which integrates with an overall market plan
• Experience with working cross functional and project management
• Gathering, analysing data and creating reports
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment that still has a strong start-up culture – this is not a 9-5 role!
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
