Do you want to be part of building the future of IT? We are looking for a Team and Service Lead to head one of our new internal IT quality services.

This is a fun and challenging lead role where you will be responsible for developing our new IT quality service and run day to day team delivery. You will inspire team members to achieve their best results and spread the service message internally to all corners of H&M IT Department. You will also be responsible for the introduction of new patterns like continuous performance testing, a key component in the agile transition.

The IT quality service delivers performance test and engineering expertise as a service across all divisions in the IT. You will manage a local team of experts as well as a capacity service offshore. The team is highly experienced and works autonomously in their day to day deliveries. It’s an inspiring group of people striving to succeed together as one team.

As Team and Service Lead you are responsible to package and promote this service internally making it successful. Quality of the service, as an example, is a key metric and it will be your mission to act on feedback to improve the service.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience of and a strong drive to lead a team with the vision to deliver a great service. You lead by example, take ownership and set challenging goals for others and yourself. General technical interest and knowhow is very important. Also a great benefit, but not a requirement, is if you know the domain of performance engineering.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Team and Service Lead within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

- Keeping an agile mindset and encourage collaboration internally in the team
- Spread the message in the organization, present service offering on all levels
- Enable and drive daily standups, weekly meeting structures
- Coach the team members keeping service mindset continuously challenging the environment we are in
- Reporting status and KPIs to Governance Management Team
- Survey consumers to continually improve

Your skills

Just like everyone within the H&M Group, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- Leadership experience with social and negotiation skills
- Self-driven person who constantly researches and suggests alternate paths
- A general understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies
- Experience from SAP, Java and/or .NET environments
- Comfortable presenting in front of any number of people
