Interaction designer

Interaction Designer

As an Interaction designer at Berge you will work with a wide range of clients, all with different products and needs. You will work within our cross-functional team of designers and developers to create leading-edge experiences for different applications and purposes. We believe you are super creative, well organised and used to working within all the phases of the design process, from ideation, concept development and prototyping to pixel perfect final solution. The optimal candidate for this position is not only an amazing interaction designer but also a very strong visual designer who is used to working with both 2D/3D and motion graphics.

Required skills . 3+ years of relevant experience in designing top quality interaction solutions for strong brands in-house or at an agency. . Minimum BA within the design area (interaction, graphic, product, industrial) or other equivalent education. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Swedish) and team collaboration skills. . Good knowledge of defining user needs/requirements and usability testing. . Very self-motivated and self-driven. . Fluent in all industry-standard software (Mac OS, Windows, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) . A strong portfolio that showcases your best work from idea/brief to final result. Preferred skills . Experience from product development and/or automotive industry. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Project management experience or lead design role. . Used to working with motion graphics and/or augmented reality solutions. . Good knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, After Effects, Oculus Rift, Unreal
