TeliaSonera söker en Software Tester

TeliaSonera has been working with TV services since 2005 and is one of the leading players in Sweden within this area with over 1 million TV customers in the Nordic region. Group Technology Products & Services has the responsibility for the overall TV architecture, development and maintenance of our common TV platform. Within our unit we have several Scrum teams that all include architects, developers and testers. We are looking to expand and find a new team member to our TV Everywhere scrum team. We hope that you are the person that we are looking for. The role is placed at TeliaSoneras office in Farsta. Telia will move to new offices at Friends Arena, Solna, in the spring of 2016.

Job description
As Tester TV Everywhere you will test new releases for TV E before they are launched and give a recommendation as to whether or not they are ok for release from a quality perspective. The recommendation is based on results from tests made by the TV test team as well as feedback from pilot users.
You will be part of the Scrum team responsible for TV E and will as a member of that team test new functionalities as well as maintain our TV Everywhere services that today has a leading position in the Nordic market.

You will work with a global perspective; both with a short term (operative) and long term focus in order to secure that TS TV E service will keep its competitive edge. Automated tests shall be used and developed as much as possible but the work will also include manual testing when found to be necessary.

In order for TeliaSonera to stay ahead of competition in the TV area it is important that you have knowledge of new technologies that can be used to improve our solution.

Qualifications
A master of science or corresponding
1-3 years of experience
Experience in agile development methods, preferably Scrum
Fluent in Swedish and English
Knowledge within the IPTV area is meriting
Experience from working in agile teams is meriting
