As Dynamics AX Development Lead at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will be a part of our dedicated delivery team, and responsible for making key technical decisions together with our senior consultant- and development team.

ASSA ABLOY has one of the largest Dynamics AX installations in the world and the division ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems are to roll out at a high pace over the coming years. The IT/IS organization of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems consists of approximately 80 employees serving the global organization based in the Oresund region at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ divisional center. About 300 people in different functions and organizations within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems are based at the divisional center, making the modern office vibrant and friendly.

What you will be doing
You will plan and keep oversight of the design, build and test environments of the systems and related interfaces as well as guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. You will provide technical leadership to team members through coaching and mentorship, design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. You will participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code as well as assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. By providing technical leadership you will help enable the team to enrich their technical skills, methods and development toolsets. Your scope will also include creation of unit test cases, creating unit test plans, and executing unit testing and perform design and code reviews.

To succeed in this position you will need a solid experience from working with ERP systems and implementations. Extensive experience from AX2012 is mandatory, as well as an ambition to grow with the team using your team leading and architecture experience. You will also need deep knowledge in MS SQL and C# as well as experience of source code management (TFS or VSTS).
?
As we work in a global organization a professional level of verbal and written communication skills in English are needed.
