Your journey together with us!

We work with product-focused teams and are on a continuous journey towards finding a great way to combine purpose and fun. Right now, we are on a journey to build self-organizing teams, working with lean and agile principles in combination with aiming for continuous deployment.

Your responsibility will be to support and drive our teams to achieve great quality in our software, starting with our App team here in Stockholm.

You will help us reach our goal of attaining high standards of quality in all aspects of our development, with one aim, Excellent Customer Experiences.

We have started this journey and now we want your help to define and get us further towards that goal.

Who are you?

We don’t know you yet, but here are some things we think you might recognize yourself in:

- You feel just as home leading QA work for an App releases as discussing how to improve the quality in all aspects of the development process.

- You think quality is a result of combining good processes with collaboration between individuals and teams, with one goal: excellent customer experiences.

- You believe the best quality is achieved through the team understanding the purpose and value of high quality. You help your team achieve this by coaching and challenging their thinking. But also helping them implement good practices on how to execute activities.

- You also know that every product development is a balance between reaching market today but also having the quality thinking that will help us be here tomorrow.

- You are familiar with the thinking in Agile and Lean Software development and know how to help the team think of quality and testability in that context.

Desired background

We don’t think one size fits all, but here are some of the things we think a successful candidate might have:

- Academic degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

- At least 3 years of experience working with quality assurance in roles such as Tester, Test lLead or equivalent.

- At least two year of experience working with QA in app development preferably with knowledge to lead QA work.

- Experience in concepts around automated testing, continuous integration and deployment.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English.

Valued experience but not mandatory:

- Experience with A/B testing.

- Experience in BDT.

- Experience working with distributed teams.

- Experience working with release management.

Some of the technology and practices we use today:

- Native apps in both iOS and Android respectively.

- Micro Services (Java) and Web Services (Java).

- JIRA/Bitbucket/Bitrise.

- Scrum/Lean Software Development.

- Sonar/xUnit Frameworks/Selenium.

- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment where applicable.
