We ask our employees for feedback on a regular basis, not just on what we do but how we do it – the will to develop and get better is a part of our daily work. Senior developerThe role as a senior developer requires that you are able to develop a web platform and supporting services in the listed languages without training or active management. You should have at least 5 years experience in delivering components and web sites. Regarding education we expect that you have completed university or other education-based learning or have relevant level of job experience that includes python development as well as web development. In addition, we expect you to have used Agile project management techniques – we use Jira as our project management platform – so experience with DSDM, SCRUM, Kanban, etc. is a plus.In addition to being able to deliver on a regular basis at a reasonable tempo we expect that you will also take on board project management whilst the other senior developer(s) are on leave, however this will not be a regular requirement.We develop on PCs using Windows and Linux.
