WHAT DO YOU DO?
Our department, Firmware platform -> team Streaming , is responsible for the streaming of content such as video, audio etc. This is the heart for Axis products, so we interface most parts of the company. Streaming is technically a very complex software area so you will never be out of challenges! The position is hands-on in a very skilled and technically strong team that values individual initiatives, teamwork and great spirit.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you have a genuine interest in technology and programming. You are very interested in how our market evolves both from technical and business perspective. You have a Master of Science degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or similar and experience in software development. You are result oriented, curious and you beat your obstacles.
In addition to the above, experience from the following areas is meriting:
GStreamer, Linux, C, embedded systems programming, Python, GIT, GDB debugging, Wireshark, Valgrind, Jenkins, multithreading , RTSP, network programming, team-work, upstream community work, good spoken communication skills in Swedish.
