UX Designer for Global Design

Global Design is a group function working with all brands within the Group, their products and solutions. We have a team of 24 talented people; Industrial-, Surface-, Graphic- and UX designers. We are now looking for a UX/Interaction designer to join.

This is an opportunity for anUX/Interaction designer with good cognitive ability, experienced in system/digital service solution to work with innovative system solution, from digital platform to physical products. Husqvarna Group are in the digitization journey building connectivity and IoT solutions into our brands and products to create more values for our customers.
We are expanding our Global Design team in Stockholm with UX/Interaction competence.

As the UX Designer, you will act as a driver to develop solutions in terms of user experience and interaction design for our physical products, IoT and/or digital service. You will passionately drive consistent experience and intuitive solutions for product and services, working with hardware and software such as Human Machine Interface (HMI), responsive desktop web, native mobile tablet/phones apps.

Curious and courageous, you are driven by innovation with a proactive problem solving approach to try new solutions.

Key operational responsibilities:
. Plan and moderate cross-functional workshop to ideate, form and shape a concept solutions.
. Study behavior and interaction analytics that informs UX changes in both concept and agile development.
. Develop design work from concept, building prototype & MVP development to final production.
. Map scenarios and personas, help defining epic and user stories alongside Product Owners.
. Conduct interviews, usability test and produce documentation.
. Develop user flow, sitemap and information architecture.
. Create wireframes during both concept and development phase.

Competences needed:
. More than four years of experience working with development of digital services and hardware products in a system solution context within larger brand driven businesses.
. Master's degree in Interaction Design or similar education background.
. An international mind-set with experience working in multi-cultural teams.
. Excellent communication skills and ability to create trustful relationships.
. Proven experience of translating customer needs into relevant solutions working with both qualitative and quantitative research in the development process.
. Knowledge and interest of service and IOT trends across a broad spectrum of design is relevant. Further you have a proven ability to manage successful complex projects and budgets with a number of stakeholders.
. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
